What I Do
I help businesses build AI agents that actually work, from the first useful version through evals and production workflows.
Most of my client work sits in four buckets:
- AI agent architecture: systems that are reliable enough to ship and easy to change when they aren’t
- LLM evals: loops so teams can improve agents without guessing
- Developer experience: integrations, docs, and internal workflows that make AI products easier to adopt
- UX for AI: making the product useful to the people operating it, not just the people demoing it
I’ve been a PM, so I get the business side. I also ship code, so I’m not just making slides.
Projects I’ve Worked On
AI Video Agent
Overhauled an AI video startup’s agent architecture and eval workflow. Shipped an MVP on day one and cut iteration time by 50%.
The product later reached six-figure revenue.
GenUI AI Agent for Enterprise
Transformed a legacy B2B SaaS dashboard into a GenUI AI agent. The client serves major retail brands in India/US.
Before, users had to click through complex dashboards to find data. Now they ask the agent.
The client presented the work at NRF Singapore 2025 and NRF New York 2026, retail’s largest event.
Travel AI Agent
Worked with a UK travel company building an AI agent for end-to-end trip planning across flights, hotels, and activities.
Their engineers wanted to build a swarm architecture because it was the hot thing at the time. I talked them into starting simpler. That saved them ~1 month of engineering time. I also set up evals in their CI/CD so bad prompt changes get caught before shipping.
AI-Ready Docs for Ragas
Authored end-to-end eval cookbooks for Ragas’s experiments-first SDK and built a docs AI agent that keeps documentation synchronized with SDK changes.
